Sam Lanin was a pretty popular dance orchestra leader. He even made records up to the late 50s if not the 60s. Very few after the 30s are listenable to me and only in a kitch sorta way if at all. The 20s/30s stuff works for me.

This still seems very listenable after what cool edit did to it. Although I am not doing spectral analysis sort of evaluation. Just my wore out ears.
