Sweet Chili Unicorn Wings

Who said wings can’t be plant-based?

Level: Easy

Serves: 1-2 (depending how hungry you are)

Ingredients

1 Unicorn Meat patty cut into 6 strips

1/4 cup ap flour

1 tbs cornstarch

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground pepper

1/4 cup mineral water

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then slowly whisk in the mineral water.

Heat a frying pan with about a 1/2” of a neutral oil on medium high heat. (You can check if the oil is ready by using a wooden spoon. If bubbles from around the spoon then its ready!)

Coat the Unicorn Meat strips into the batter then gently place them in the hot oil.

Cook until they are golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).

Immediately toss the cooked Unicorn Meat into the sweet chili sauce.

Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
